Chinese fishermen reel in 6-foot grouper

May 14 (UPI) -- A group of Chinese fishermen casting their lines in the South China Sea shared video of their unusual catch: a nearly 6-foot-long grouper.

The video, recorded Wednesday, shows the fishermen hauling the gargantuan grouper onto their boat off the coast of Xiamen City, Fujian Province.

The fisherman who caught the big fish, identified as Lin, said it measured 5 feet, 11 inches long.

Lin said he sold the massive fish for about $2,500.
