Drone captures young swimmer's close call with sharks

Jan. 4 (UPI) -- A man taking drone video at a Bahamas beach captured a young swimmer's close call with a group of sharks that swam directly toward him.

Artem Tkachenko posted a video to YouTube showing the incident he caught on camera while recording footage with his drone at a Bahamas beach.

The video shows a young boy run into the water and start to swim, catching the attention of some nearby sharks.

The sharks can be seen through the clear water swimming directly toward the boy, but their hunger goes unsatisfied when someone shouts a warning and the boy runs back to shore.

"Do you still want go to Bahamas?" Tkachenko wrote.
