Investigators said Davis had received the meth in packages sent via the U.S. Postal Service. The narcotics had been stuffed inside mannequin heads that were then gift-wrapped before shipping.
The packages had originated from Southern California and were overnight mailed to Davis in Bloomington.
The Indiana State Police said Davis was previously arrested in August when troopers found him in possession of more than half a pound of meth, $15,000 cash, paraphernalia, packaging material and 26 firearms, two of which had previously been reported stolen. The case is pending in a Monroe County Court.
Davis was arrested Thursday on felony charges of dealing in methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
