Dumpster floats down flooded South Carolina street

Sept. 12 (UPI) -- A South Carolina resident captured video of an unusual watercraft traversing floodwaters in South Carolina: a full-sized dumpster.

Kassi Garan posted a video to Instagram that she said was filmed following Hurricane Irma's weekend visit to the region.

The video, filmed from a second-floor balcony, shows a dumpster floating at a lazy pace in floodwaters.

Charleston experienced downed power lines and tornado activity during the weekend in addition to the flooding.
