Five professional pastry chef's crafted the world's longest French strawberry cake in celebration of the annual strawberry festival.

The finished product was made up of 55 sections containing 720 eggs, 300 egg yolk, 59 pounds of sugar, 66 pounds of wheat flour and 440 pounds of strawberries.
Once the record was confirmed the cake was cut into small pieces and sold to festival attendees to benefit charity.
