May 25 (UPI) -- The father of an 11-year-old Scottish girl shared the school feedback form she wrote accusing her teacher of a "war crime" under the "Geneva Conventions."

Author Mason Cross, who lives near Glasgow, tweeted a photo Thursday showing how his 11-year-old daughter, Ava, answered one of the questions on her school's feedback form.

The question asks for "Things my teacher(s) can do better," and Ava responded: "Not use collective punishment as it is not fair on the many people who did nothing and under the 1949 Geneva Conventions it is a war crime."

"My daughter actually submitted this feedback at school. Not sure if I should ground her or buy her ice cream," Cross tweeted.

He said the precocious youngster is "11 going on 47."

"I should clarify that she thinks her teacher is awesome - it's just this aspect of the educational justice system she has an issue with," Cross wrote in a follow-up tweet.
