The video, recorded by Kevin Taylor's dashboard camera, shows a person wearing in-line skates holding onto the back of a semi truck traveling down a Mississauga road without a trailer. Taylor wrote the skater was "risking life and limb" with the "stupid and dangerous" stunt. Peel Regional Police said they are aware of the video, but aren't investigating it because a formal complaint hasn't been filed. Constable Mark Fischer said the skaters can be fined $50 if they are caught hanging onto the back of a vehicle, which is a violation of the Highway Traffic Act. "It's obviously extremely dangerous," Fischer told the The Mississauga News. "It's not something that anybody should be partaking in."
