A pair of videos showing toddlers Aaron and Evan, both 2, being pulled over on a Washington Heights sidewalk by a pair of New York Police Department officers were posted to Instagram by the boys' father, Alex. Advertisement The videos show the boys, only one of which seems at all amused by the situation, rejecting a citation handed over by one of the officers. "They turned the lights on and made the whole big deal like they were going to pull them over," Alex told Inside Edition. "Everybody's like, 'what's going on?' They were stopping traffic, buses." One of the twins accepts a high-five from the officer, but the other merely puts his head down on the steering wheel. "As everyone in NYC knows, driving on the sidewalk is strictly prohibited, but these two little guys got off with a warning (plus a high-five and two new friends)!" the NYPD wrote in sharing the footage on Facebook.
