Skunk rescued from McFlurry cup in Chicago suburb

April 28 (UPI) -- A hapless skunk in the Chicago suburbs was filmed running circles around an office complex parking lot with a McFlurry cup stuck on its head.

Violetta Talley pf South Elgin posted a video to YouTube showing the skunk running in circles after its apparent craving for a McDonald's dessert led to its head getting stuck inside the cup.

Talley said she was worried about the creature's safety because the office complex in Kane County was opening for the day and cars were starting to come into the parking lot.

"Poor skunk got his head stuck in a McDonalds McFlurry cup and completely unaware of where he was going. I eventually found the courage to grab the cup off of his head and he ran away from me without spraying!" she wrote.
