Indiana police detective tackled by aggressive goose

April 17 (UPI) -- An Indiana police detective's embarrassing confrontation with a goose that got the better of him was captured by security cameras.

The video, posted to YouTube by Lt. Shane Bassett of the Clarksville Police Department shows a colleague, identified as Detective Hall, attempting to walk from the parking lot to the front door of the police station after forgetting to bring his keys to use the officers' entrance.

An aggressive Canada goose quickly descends on him and rams into him before posturing with its wings out.

Hall attempts to defend himself with his bag, but the goose tackles him into some bushes.

"Detective Hall forgot his keys," Bassett wrote. "He then attempts to enter the building and is challenged by our local geese..... bad decision."
