Australian man filming flooding charged by soggy kangaroo

March 30 (UPI) -- An Australian man taking video of flooding near his home captured the moment a soggy kangaroo took issue to being filmed and charged at him.

Ashley Jack posted a video to Facebook showing the flooding near his Rothwell, Queensland, home Wednesday.

Jack spots a kangaroo off in the distance and follows it with his camera until it becomes clear that the marsupial is charging straight toward him, causing the man to flee.

Jack said in a follow-up post that he "didn't have to fight" the kangaroo because it abandoned the pursuit when he fled.
