$100,000 rainbow truck evokes memories of Lisa Frank, Super Mario Bros.

Jan. 19 (UPI) -- A customized truck drawing viral attention online for its reflective rainbow wrapping is being offered for sale in Houston for $100,000.

The 2017 Ford Super Duty pickup truck, which went viral thanks to a Facebook post from user Trey Roedy, was customized by Tire and Wheel Master in Houston with 40-inch tires, 26-inch Specialty Forged purple rims, and a reflective rainbow vinyl wrap.

The wrap job has led the truck to be compared to the psychedelic designs of Lisa Frank school supplies from the 1990s and the "star" invincibility power from the Super Mario Bros. video game franchise.

Tire Wheel and Master said the vinyl wraps take up to a week to complete, but can be easily removed by owners to reveal the original paint job, which is protected by the wrap.

The truck is being offered for $100,000.
