AMERICAN FORK, Utah, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- A Utah 3-year-old has become Twitter's newest hero after his cousin shared a photo of his celebratory gesture after covering his kitchen drawers in carrots.

User @madddiiison tweeted a photo Friday showing her cousin's 3-year-old son with his arms stretched upward in victory after balancing carrots on all of the drawer handles in his parents' kitchen.

"My cousin just posted this picture of his son. Look how excited and proud he is of where he put all the carrots. I'm cracking up," the tweet said.

The Twitter user's cousin, Samson Olive, said 3-year-old Patimiosi Olive, or Osi for short, set about his project while his parents were working on dinner.

"We were getting ready to make a roast, and we're working on peeling the carrots, and they started slowly disappearing," Olive told Buzzfeed News.

He said the boy was very proud to show his parents his accomplishment.

"All Osi could do was jump up and down and scream, 'Yay,'" the proud papa said.

"Obviously, he was pretty excited about it," he said. "Yeah, he was extremely proud of himself."

Olive said the story had a deliciously happy ending.

"We left them up for a bit, and then he eventually took them down, and then we cut them up and put them in our dinner," Olive said.

"It was just the random quirkiness of a little 3-year-old," he said. "Kids really do the funniest things."
