KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, South Africa, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- A pair of bold lions in South Africa caused traffic backups on a road through a national park by taking a casual stroll down the middle of the street.

A video recorded Sunday on a road in Kruger National Park shows the two adult male lions walking side by side down the center of the road and weaving in between cars.

The lions pass close to the vehicles, but don't appear to pay them much mind, when when the animals have to split up to navigate around the stopped and slowly-moving cars.

The filmer said the lions caused a traffic jam as they weaved their way through the vehicles and tourists stopped to photograph the visitors.
