Western Michigan University and Dayton University settled a lacrosse game with a match of rock-paper-scissors after the game was canceled due to lightning. WMU ultimately won the match in two rounds.

"Due to lightning the Dayton and WMU game was settled with a best out of 3 rock- paper- scissors match," WMU's lacrosse team wrote on their Instagram page.
WMU were victorious in the first round after its representative chose scissors over Dayton's paper.
The two competitors then experienced two subsequent draws as they both selected paper and then rock.
The match ultimately ended on the non-draw when WMU selected paper versus Dayton's rock, thus sealing the win.
