Kevin Phillips of Lakeview, Massachusetts won his second $1 million dollar prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery after purchasing a $5 "Win It All" instant win ticket. His first win came in 2014 and he chose the one-time payment of $650,000 in both instances.

His second lottery win comes just two years after he purchased a winning $10 "100X The Cash" ticket in April 2014.
After both wins Phillips opted for a one-time payment totaling $650,000 before tax withholdings are processed.
Phillips plans to put a portion of his prize money from this most recent win to travel to Disney World.
According to the State Lottery, Phillips is the third two-time instant lottery winner in Massachusetts this year.
