Surveillance video shows a group of four men approaching the car 20 minutes after its owner left and smashing the passenger side window in order to take a laptop left in the front seat, while the dog remained in the back.

The car's owner arrived at the scene about an hour after he initially parked the vehicle and eventually let the dog out of the car and onto the sidewalk.

The Pub's owners expressed frustration with the man's actions and confirmed that they sent the footage of the robbery to local police.
