Buffalo fails to scratch the sweet spot at Canadian park

MONTAGUE, Prince Edward Island, June 10 (UPI) -- A Canadian man captured footage of a frustrated Prince Edward Island buffalo repeatedly trying and failing to scratch an itch on its back.

The video, posted to YouTube by user EricCreed1990, shows a member of the herd at Buffaloland Provincial park in Montague attempting to roll onto its back in an apparent quest to scratch an itch.

The buffalo tries to gain momentum, but is unable to get from its side to its back.

The animal eventually gives up and tries shaking from a standing position.
