Lucky motorcyclist dodges overturning truck on Chinese street

FUZHOU, China, May 25 (UPI) -- Traffic cameras were recording on a Chinese street when a motorcyclist had a lucky near-miss with a truck that overturned and spilled its load of sand or soil.

The footage, recorded by traffic cameras in Fujian province, shows the truck driving behind the motorcycle when the heavy duty vehicle is forced to swerve to avoid hitting a sedan.

The truck's front narrowly misses the motorcycle and its load, which appears to be sand or soil, spills out and also nearly hits the motorcyclist.

A witness said the motorcyclist stopped a short distance in front of the overturned truck and remarked that it was a "close call."
