WASHINGTON, March 25 (UPI) -- The Smithsonian's National Zoo shared video of Tian Tian the panda taking a break from the stresses of breeding season with a relaxing and playful bubble bath.

The zoo posted a video to YouTube showing Tian Tian splashing around in a tub of water and non-toxic bubble bath soap.

"Rub-a-dub-dub Tian Tian in a tub!" the video's description reads.

The zoo said Tian Tian is more hygenic than his cousins in the wild.

"He really soaked it up. He rubbed it on his ears -- which is called scent-anointing. (Wait for the tail wiggle!) Pandas do not bathe regularly in the wild, but when Tian Tian is in rut -- meaning he's exhibiting behaviors associated with breeding season -- he especially likes to play in water," officials wrote.
