Wright said it wasn't until she leaned in close that she realized the dark spot was actually hundreds of tiny spiders crawling over one another in a cluster.
"Well, if this isn't enough to give you nightmares, I don't know what would do it," Wright says in the video.
A friend suggested the arachnids appear to be baby European garden spiders.
"What we thought was mold on our front porch turned into a creepy surprise," Wright wrote.
