"She was forced off the motorcycle and the person ran off into the crowd," he told WOFL. "Some motorcycle enthusiast saw it happened and tried to chase him down, but could not."
Mularz raised Spyke from an egg and painted his motorcycle to resemble his beloved macaw, who enjoyed accompanying her owner on rides.
"She really enjoyed being in the wind and riding something," he said. "Some motorcycle enthusiast saw it happened and tried to chase him down, but could not."
Mularz said Spyke was unable to fly and likely would have put up a fight as she was being taken. He hopes that her micro chip and the band placed on her leg will assist in bringing her home.
"She has made so many friends, she has more friends than I'll ever have. And, I really miss her!" Mularz said.
