Young bald eagle practices his calls on wildlife camera

DECORAH, Iowa, Feb. 29 (UPI) -- A wildlife camera in Iowa caught video of a young bald eagle practicing his raptor cries from the safety of his nest.

The video, posted to Facebook by Explore.org, features footage of a young bald eagle in his nest in Decorah, Iowa.

The bird of prey practices his eagle calls while standing in the nest.

The Raptor Resource Project has been tracking eagles in Decorah and operating wildlife cameras in the area since 2008.
