WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- A YouTube user known as The Food Surgeon surgically removed the filling from a Reese's peanut butter cup and replaced it with Oreo cream.

The video uploaded to YouTube depicts the "Reese's Peanut-Butter-Ectomy with Oreo Cream Transplant" completed using surgical gloves and a scalpel.

The four and a half minute procedure begins with the "surgeon" slowly slicing off the Reese's wrapper with the scalpel before carefully opening a circular hole in one of the peanut butter cups.

Peanut butter filling is then carefully removed from the Reese's cup before two circles of cream are removed from a pair of Oreo cookies.

The procedure is completed when the discs of cream are finally reinserted into the Reese's cup and the hole is sealed.

The Food Surgeon's YouTube channel also features a dissection of a "Cutie" California mandarin orange.
