DRANESVILLE, Va., Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Do you want to kill a snowman?

A snowplow driver in the Washington, D.C., area struck a symbolic victory against winter by demolishing a snowman built in the middle of the road.

Video posted to YouTube by a Dranesville, Va., resident shows a snowman built in the center of a residential road "as an incentive for the county's snow plow."

However, the uploader said the county plow never showed, so they contacted a friend with a plow blade attached to his pickup truck "and told him about the incentive."

"The rest is history," the uploader wrote.
