ST. LOUIS, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Police in Missouri said an unfamiliar face discovered in a secured area of the Budweiser Brewery had a familiar name: Bud Weisser.

St. Louis police said Bud Weisser, 19, was discovered trespassing in a secured area at Anheuser-Busch's Budweiser Brewery shortly after 6 p.m. Thursday and security officers ordered him to leave.

Investigators said Weisser refused and police were called to the scene following an altercation with the interloper.

Weisser was arrested and later released with summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest.

The suspect pleaded guilty in July to a second-degree burglary charge after DNA evidence tied him to a 2014 break-in at a convenience store. He was given a suspended sentence of five years in prison.
