Investigators said Weisser refused and police were called to the scene following an altercation with the interloper.
Weisser was arrested and later released with summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest.
The suspect pleaded guilty in July to a second-degree burglary charge after DNA evidence tied him to a 2014 break-in at a convenience store. He was given a suspended sentence of five years in prison.
