EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif., Sept. 15 (UPI) -- A California man who captured video of "a randomly appearing Mexican float" said "this kind of stuff just happens in front of my house."

Joe Betance's video, posted to YouTube, shows a lone parade float passing by in front of his East Los Angeles home with a costumed woman riding a horse statue and a mariachi band blasting music.
