A video posted to YouTube on Wednesday by Alex Grosse shows the mystery man using his recorder -- the musical instrument best known as the weapon of choice for third-graders blaring "Hot Cross Buns" -- to play along to John Fogerty's "I Saw It On TV" while waiting at a red light.
Grosse dubbed the musician "the Pied Piper of Los Angeles County."
A video posted earlier this month by YouTuber Colby captured the man using his instrument of choice to jam along to "La Grange," by ZZ Top, at a stop light in Pasadena.
"This man is a legend," the uploader wrote.
The YouTuber said he had previously spotted the man playing his recorder "several times," but "no one believed" his stories until he captured the video.
