SkinBook pages emulate human skin for tattoo practice

BRASILIA, Brazil, June 2 (UPI) -- A magazine teamed with a Brazilian firm to create the SkinBook, a sketchbook for tattoo artists with pages designed to emulate human skin.

Tattoo Art Magazine teamed with Brazil's Lew'Lara TBWA ad agency to create the SkinBook, a Moleskine-esque sketchbook with pages designed to emulate different sections of human flesh so tattoo artists can practice their craft using the same tools they would use to ink a client's skin.

The book's ability to contact elder gods or raise an army of the dead remains to be seen.
