Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe ARNHEM, Netherlands, April 14 (UPI) -- A chimpanzee knocked a drone out of the sky after he found it spying on his home at the Royal Burgers' Zoo in Arnhem, Netherlands April 10. In a YouTube video shared the same day, the chimp uses a long stick as a weapon to slap the remote-controlled intruder out of its habitat's airspace. According to an explanation on the zoo's YouTube channel, the drone was "completely destroyed" after the chimp's direct hit. Other apes took the opportunity to arm themselves the same way when they noticed the drone, the zoo says. Advertisement The video has since gone viral, being viewed over a million times in four days.
