GRAND HAVEN, Mich., Jan. 27 (UPI) -- A Michigan teenager shared stunning footage of a partially frozen Lake Michigan he shot using a drone-mounted GoPro camera.

Tommy Sadler, a student at Byron Center High School in Grand Haven, posted a video to YouTube Sunday showing the frozen shore of the second largest of the Great Lakes at the Rosy Mound Natural Area in Grand Haven.

Sadler said the video, recorded Saturday, was shot using a GoPro camera mounted to a DJI Phantom 2 drone, which he received as a gift last year.

The student said he has only been shooting drone videos since the end of December.
