Santa Cruz Sheriff's deputies said the victim told police he was walking home intoxicated Sept. 21 and he flagged down a car to ask for a ride home. The man agreed to give the victim a ride home, but police said the man then waited at the home until his drunk passenger fell asleep and burglarized the home. Deputies said security camera footage from the home shows the man -- with the toddler's help -- taking items including TVs, a laptop computer, golf clubs, furniture and clothing from the home while the drunk man slept. Police released video footage of the suspect and his young accomplice in the hopes of identifying the pair.
