Louisville police said officers responding to complaints of a man dressed as a Metro Parks employee walking up to strangers and telling them he was a worker with the department found Thomas Landford, 49, wearing the uniform and a hard hat. Advertisement Landford was also allegedly holding an open beer when he was approached by police. Police said the man admitted to impersonating a Metro Parks employee so he could ride city buses for free. Landford was arrested on charges including impersonating a public servant.
