Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe BRADENTON, Fla., Sept. 2 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said they arrested a man accused of groping a Taco Bell employee by reaching in through the drive-through window. Philip Guerrero, 38, ordered food at the Taco Bell drive-through in Bradenton at about 2 a.m. Saturday and then allegedly "exited from his vehicle and reached inside of the window and grabbed the victim's left butt cheek," the police report said. Advertisement Guerrero, who police said was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident, was arrested for simple battery and taken to the Manatee County jail, where he was released on $500 bond. Guerrero, who is due in court Oct. 2, has previously been arrested twice on unrelated battery charges and also has arrests on his record for drunk driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.
