NORFOLK, England, July 23 (UPI) -- An amateur photographer who took a fascinating photo is now making comparisons between God, Sean Connery and Karl Marx -- and it's not because he is a huge fan of James Bond or communism.

Jeremy Fletcher was going for a evening walk near the Wash in Norfolk when he decided to take a picture.

The image he captured of the sunlight hitting the clouds over the water reminded him of none other than the Almighty.

"I realized the image looked remarkably like a face of a man with a beard so I took a number of shots on my phone. The face appeared to be looking back towards the shore," Fletcher told the Telegraph.

"The obvious comment is that it looks like God but it could also be Sean Connery or Karl Marx."

Fletcher may have brought up Connery and Marx because he's not a religious person.

"Everyone who lives here knows Norfolk is a bit special and now it seems to have been confirmed from above," said Norfolk councilor Charles Joyce.
