BROWNSVILLE, Texas, July 7 (UPI) -- A Texas car salesman who allegedly took a photo of a female customer without her permission could be deported.

A woman who was looking to purchase a vehicle from a used car lot in Brownsville allegedly heard the click of a camera shutter behind her as she looked at a car.

When she spun around, the woman saw Pedro Zuniga-Martinez holding a cellphone.

The 22-year-old admitted to taking the photo, according to Action 4 News, although it couldn't be located on his phone.

Zuniga-Martinez was arrested on an improper visual photography charge and remains in custody on an immigration detainer.

A Brownsville Municipal Court judge set his bond at $5,000.
