Local Fox reporter Anna Gilligan was doing a segment on the new Tarzan rope swing at New Jersey's Action Park when she was ogled during her live shot. As she jumped out the pool and tried to put in her earpiece while simultaneously reporting and drying herself, she heard Kelly say, "nice bathing suit." Advertisement Scotto urged him to "stay appropriate" but he pressed on asking, "Why are you so out of breath?" "Anna, you look great and you handled that beautifully. I'm just trying to keep Greg in check," said Scotto. The cameraman panned away from Gilligan -- a decision which Scotto encouraged, telling Gilligan to dry off. After Gilligan was off camera, she turned to her colleague asking, "What is wrong with you?" "Just relax," he responded. After seeing Scotto's reaction, he said, "Don't be so frowning at me." Kelly, son of former NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly, was accused of rape in 2012, but the defense attorney decided to drop the charges.
