TUSCALOOSA, Ala., June 11 (UPI) -- An Alabama teen who was unknowingly speaking to her aunt on Facebook about killing her family was charged with the solicitation of murder and is in the Tuscaloosa County Jail.

Marissa Williams' aunt created a fake Facebook account under the name Tre 'Topdog' Ellis so that she could chat with her niece online and see how she interacted with men.

Williams has lived with her aunt since April 2014 and she would reportedly invite people she met on Facebook over to the house.

According to court documents, Williams began talking to Ellis and asked him to come over and get drunk with her the first day they began chatting. She also allegedly said she'd have sex with him in exchange for paying her $50 cell phone bill, AL.com reported.

The teen then began detailing a plan that involved Ellis kidnapping her and taking her out of Alabama. Williams told Ellis if any of her family members tried to stop him, he should shoot them. She named her aunt and her aunt's fiancé and son, as well as her cousin and the family dog as targets.

When the aunt read what Williams had written, she called the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office. When she was interviewed by deputies, Williams apologized and said she didn't mean any of it.
