Florida bear lounges in backyard hammock [VIDEO]

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., June 1 (UPI) -- Even bears need a break.

A laid-back black bear was photographed relaxing in a Daytona Beach, Fla., hammock on Thursday night. Photos and video of the bear's leisurely interlude went viral over the weekend.

Rafael Torres told WFTV that he was able to take photos of the laid-back bear from just 60 feet away. It stayed in the hammock for 20 minutes before stepping back into the woods.

"He got in the hammock like he was a tourist or something," Vincent James, who owns the hammock, told WESH.
