IOWA CITY , Iowa, May 29 (UPI) -- An Iowa woman who admitted guzzling two bottles of Black Velvet whiskey had a blood alcohol content that was so high she could have been playing 99 bottles of beer on the wall.

Patricia Hunley was charged with misdemeanor public intoxication after she allegedly posted a BAC of .439 and peed on herself at an Iowa City gas station.

Police responded to the scene after receiving a report that the 30-year-old was intoxicated and refusing to leave the station's convenience store. When asked to leave, Hunley allegedly replied, "On my momma's life I will beat your [expletive]," the Iowa City Press-Citizen reported.

When police arrived Hunley was covered in urine and she had "slurred speech, poor balance" and was "leaning against a car to keep her balance." Hunley told police she had drank two bottles of Black Velvet whiskey and urinated on herself for a second time after being taken into custody.

The blood alcohol content of .439 that Hunley allegedly posted during this incident was actually lower than the .462 she allegedly registered during an August incident that was detailed by the Gazette.
