ROCK HILL, S.C., May 22 (UPI) -- Revenge is a dish, or a chocolate fudge bar, best served cold.

South Carolina police are on the lookout for a man who allegedly used a fudge bar to assault a 37-year-old ice cream truck driver who gave his daughter the wrong change.

After he confronted her, the driver told the man that the change was correct and he then allegedly assaulted her in the arm with the chocolate treat.

Rock Hill police examined the female driver and found a red mark on the inside of her forearm.

A 72-year-old man who witnessed the assault told officers that he would be willing to testify in court about what he had seen, the Herald Online reported.

Police have yet to locate the suspect, but they do have a description of his truck and physical appearance.
