Barkley, who has made disparaging comments about San Antonio in the past, recently said of the Texas community, "Some big ol' women down there ... that's a gold mine for Weight Watchers."
The mural was painted by local artist Joy Mollnar at Beauty Storm Salon in the northern part of the city after Barkley refused to apologize for his remarks.
The outspoken analyst told TNT's viewing audience that if they didn't like his comments, they could "turn (the TV) off" because "if y'all waiting on me to apologize, hell gon' freeze over."
The Spurs are leading their Western Conference series against the Portland Trailblazers 3-1 and are poised to head to the conference finals with one more victory.
