CLEARWATER, Fla., May 6 (UPI) -- The managers of a popular boy band are reportedly upset about a new condom line that seems to reference their name.

Rip n Roll’s “One Erection” condoms allegedly has the management team of One Direction considering legal action.

The boys in the group didn’t have a problem with the punning prophylactics, but band management did.

“The boys heard about the condoms and found them hilarious. They even joked about buying a few packets for a laugh,” the Daily Star reported. “But their management team aren’t seeing the funny side. They are considering bringing in lawyers to stop them shamefully exploiting the band to sell condoms.”

The packaging on the condoms replicates one of the band’s album covers, except the group members have been replaced by five cartoon condoms.

“Stay ‘UP ALL NIGHT’ with these FDA approved ONE ERECTION condoms. There is only one direction to go with these babies and that is UP! Great ice breaker at parties and bars,” reads Rip n Roll’s ad for the rubbers.

Ripnroll.com sells the condoms for $2.95 apiece.
