Tonia Grange had her children in the car during the incident in Ormond Beach.
Officers were called to the scene after someone heard the 36-year-old crash into a car and discovered Grange’s car parked diagonally in a spot.
When they found her, she was “eating with French fries all over her shirt,” the Daytona Beach News-Journal reported.
Grange told officers that she had drunk “too many” vodka and cranberry juices and then blew 0.292 and 0.306 during two breathalyzer tests.
She was arrested and charged with two counts of child abuse that could result in physical or mental injury of a child and DUI. Grange admitted to police that she made a mistake.
