Dunwoody officer Alvin Rodriguez reportedly pulled Damon Tobias Exum over after the 37-year-old struck the cop’s vehicle on I-285 westbound. Fidel Espinoza told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Exum, who has been arrested for DUI in the past, was “totally unaware that he had collided with the officer’s patrol car,” Espinoza said. Rodriguez was not injured during the crash. “The driver was intoxicated and not making the best decisions,” Dunwoody officer Tim Fecht told the New York Daily News.
