McCurren was arrested for burglary, vandalism and minor consumption after he allegedly broke into a South Bend spa so he could eat Hot Pockets, Drumsticks and macaroni and cheese while intoxicated. Advertisement McCurren used a flower pot to break a stained glass window at Therapeutic Indulgence and reportedly inflicted thousands of dollars worth of damage to the business. "Then he grabbed a hammer and pounded his way through a wall to get inside," Therapeutic Indulgence owner Sara Ros Frazier told NewsCenter 16. "It's just so senseless." The 19-year-old then allegedly broke lamps, mirrors and furniture, and sprayed a fire extinguisher throughout the building’s interior before hitting up the kitchen. "He just went straight into the kitchen and he went through half a box of Hot Pockets," she said. "Macaroni and cheese was warming up in an antique style oven and then passed out eating Drumsticks on a table where the police found him." South Bend Police took McCurren out of the spa in handcuffs. "You would think, even if you were that out of it when you come down, you're coming down in cuffs... but he just had a smile on his face."
