PHILADELPHIA, April 4 (UPI) -- An ongoing fight about a man got kicked up a notch Wednesday when a Philadelphia woman allegedly dumped an unknown number of white rats into the home of her rival.

The woman was accompanied by her mother and eight or nine other women during the incident.

The pack of women went to the victim’s home, broke a window with a baseball bat and then released the rodents inside.

According to police, the 30-year-old victim was punched and a purse containing her identification and about $200 was taken.

An investigation into the dispute, which “reportedly started on Instagram,” is ongoing.

Police believe the suspects fled in a green Chevy Lumina with Pennsylvania plates.
