Fresh Direct, Frito Lay, and Tic Tac all got in their April Fool's Day pranks on Twitter with fake product announcements.

Fresh Direct tweeted an ad for the freshest food out there -- fresh salmon caught by an eagle in New York. The company still sells salmon but, alas, they have no eagles on their payroll.

Frito Lay tweeted on their Cheeto account that they would now be offering eau de cheeto: Cheetau by Chester. Attract all the cheeto lovers with a hot cheeto scent.

Tic Tac also got in on the fun with a bubble wrap-lined Tic Tac container, making them shakeless Tic Tacs so no one hears the sound and you don't have to share.

When browsing the internet April 1, people should take everything they read with a grain of salt.
