Watch Detroit school kids cover Pharrell Williams' 'Happy'

Students at the Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences have gone viral with their rendition of Pharrell Williams' hit.

March 19 (UPI) -- Pharrell Williams' infectious ode to cheerfulness has spawned plenty of web tributes around the world -- from Poland to Sydney.

But one of the most popular videos comes from a group of choir kids at the Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences, a charter school in Detroit. They've have racked up 754,000 YouTube views for their version of "Happy."

"It's been amazing," Maurice Morton, the school's CEO, told MLive.com. "And to be honest with you, it was just a rehearsal clip!
