Early on Wednesday morning, an SUV driver plowed through a fence in Ditmas Park in Brooklyn and ended up stopped on top of a New York City subway Q train.

It’s believed that the crash happened sometime after 5:00 a.m. when the vehicle drove through the fence and stopped with its tires on top of the train. The ruined fence ended up “creating a kind of ramp” which allowed the female driver “to settle her front tires atop the train.”

The woman who was reportedly driving the SUV left the vehicle after the crash and the NYPD is still trying to locate her. There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash.

According to DNAinfo, a rescue train picked up the 50 or so passengers that were on the train and brought them to Church Avenue.

Maintenance crews are working to remove the fence at the station although commuters certainly experienced some delays this morning on the way to work.
